Day 4 - The Virtual World

At collegiate today, where I met Simon Cumper at the learning centre. We went to the H&W faculty (health and well-being faculty), where I saw the different hospital facilities designed for students. I was amazed by the technology they had, like manakins and even virtual reality devices which was incredible, I felt like I was actually touching something when I was really touching mid air. I realised how useful this could actually be for students working in this faculty. We finished off with some 3D video on a huge screen, some of it completely shocked me, especially with a huge noisy wasp flying towards my face. The afternoon was releatively slow, however I got to know some interesting search engines and other useful sites.
